About Person-Centered Partnerships

IT'S OFFICIAL WE ARE NOW ONE!! - Southeast Addiction Institute and Learning Center (SAIL) has merged with Person Centered Partnerships, Inc.

Now that we are one entity, PCP and PCP/SAIL, we have expanded our array of services to the citizens of Mecklenburg County. We can provide a more comprehensive service model to adults and children with co-occuring disorders.

PCP/SAIL is an Outpatient Center for the treatment of Alcohol and Drug Abuse or Dependency. PCP/SAIL offers DWI assessments, Drug and Alcohol Education, Latino services, as well as several levels of treatment for individuals struggling with addiction and/or dual diagnosis.  Each individual is given a comprehensive assessment.

PCP/SAIL utilize
s the Matrix Model for our Intensive Outpatient program. Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment is utilized for individuals dealing with addiction and mental illness. Our 20, 40 and 90 hour DWI program uses the Living in Balance curriculum.

In March 2012, PCP/SAIL added two new services Substance Abuse Comprehensive Outpatient Treatment (SACOT) services and Substance Abuse Targeted Case Management to the adult continuum of services.




Person Centered Partnerships, Inc. (PCP) is a non-profit 501©3 organization that supports individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, mental retardation, developmental disabilities, substance abuse issues and any combination thereof, since 2001 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

PCP provides a wide array of both Medicaid and Non-Medicaid services which consists of the following services by continuum.

Today, PCP is one of the largest Adult Service providers in Mecklenburg County and serves over 500 consumers. Our goal is not to be the largest, but to provide quality services in partnership with consumers and other advocacy groups to create a community of resources for our participants. Our commitment is to create an environment for participants, which fosters personal growth and self-fulfillment by encouraging creativity and risk-taking, honoring diversity and personal choices, encouraging self-reflection, and providing on-going education and resources.

We hire the most trained and experienced staff to assist participants in obtaining their goals. We currently employ over 50 employees, made up of Physician, Administrative Staff, Psychologist, Clinical Supervisors, Qualified Professionals, Registered Nurse, Associate Professionals, Para Professionals and Certified Peer Support Specialists working together to provide a “team approach” to service delivery.

We strongly believe in supporting and encouraging individual dreams, hopes and goals. We believe that everyone has the right to live a full, satisfying and rewarding life.
